About Larry
Dr. Beauchamp was called into the pastoral ministry in 1979. In 1986, the Lord told him to retire from the U.S. Air Force and finish his college education. While attending the University of Mobile (Mobile College), God made his first church available. He is presently pastoring Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Atmore, Alabama.
His Story
A life of ministry & the written word
Called into the pastoral ministry in 1979, Dr. Beauchamp retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1986 at the Lord's leading to finish his education. While attending the University of Mobile, God opened his first church — and today he pastors Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Atmore, Alabama.
He was married to the late Nadine Roley Beauchamp for 56 years; together they raised a son and daughter and three grandchildren. He plays guitar at nursing homes on Mondays, leads Bible studies, writes sermons, and preaches. He is currently studying through the Samford University Ministry Training Institute and pursuing a Master of Chaplaincy through Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

About Larry

He holds the B.S. in Religion from Mobile College, the M.A. in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, the Doctor of Theology from Gulf Coasts Seminary, and the Doctor of Ministry from International Bible College and Seminary. He enjoys playing guitar at nursing homes on Monday, doing Bible studies and writing sermons, and preaching. He is currently taking courses through the Samford University Ministry Training Institute. Dr. Beauchamp is currently enrolled in the Master of Chaplaincy Degree program through Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia.
